Questions, answered.
Which file types can I upload?
JPEG, PNG, HEIC and TIFF up to 80 MB. Phone photos are fine - the pipeline corrects perspective before anything else.
How accurate are the colours?
We match against a reference chart and your own photo's white point. Studio jobs are calibrated to sRGB and Adobe RGB and ship with both profiles.
How long does a job take?
Standard masters land in about four minutes. Studio and Print Master jobs take up to twenty because upscaling runs twice.
Who owns the result?
You do. Paintify never claims rights to your painting or its master, and nothing is listed publicly unless you press 'List in Mireeva Studio shop'.
Can you handle damaged or faded work?
Yes - Glow Restore lifts faded pigment and softens craquelure without inventing detail. Tears and holes stay as they are; we don't paint over history.
Do you take bulk orders?
Bulk Pack covers ten pieces. Beyond that, studios and estates get a per-catalogue quote and a shared drop folder.
